Minimum disruption to service delivery

We have a nationwide team of installers who are fully trained in our product and who have worked with us for many years. They follow our strict installation procedural guidelines and ensure that they cause as little disruption to service delivery as possible. We’re often congratulated on the quality of our installations and our friendly teams go that extra mile to make the install run smoothly.

Services such as Book Moves and Storage are also carried out by specialist teams managed by our Project and Account Managers. We work together with our logistics partner Beatties Distribution Ltd to make sure that deliveries are made safey and on time with no damage to items.  For larger projects we liaise with other works and contractors to ensure agile logistics and installation.

On larger projects an Installations Supervisor, Project Manager and Project Sales Manager attend site as and when necessary during the installation process and stay in communication with you throughout the installation.  For smaller projects our Project Sales Manager will liaise with our Projects and Account teams to make sure that all runs efficiently.

For many projects an Installations Supervisor and the Project Manager carry out an inspection with the client team to ensure all products conform to the client order and have been installed to the agreed floor plans.  The client will then sign off the project on completion and the installation handed over. These processes are part of the ISO 9001 Purchasing and Procurement Procedure which is audited once a year and externally at least every two years.
