Welcome

We’re a flexible and agile business committed to investing in our people, systems, products and our processes. Our focus on leveraging technology plays a major role in our success. We were among the first in our sector to supply BIM models for our shelving systems and we use Revit software, enabling close collaboration with architects and designers.

From the seed of a project to handover we will be with you every step of the way

It’s never too early to start thinking about a project and often we take on a consultancy role when a project is just a twinkle in someone’s eye.

In our experience the early stages focussing on funding, planning, and consultation play a huge factor in successful outcomes. Our collaborative approach will nurture your project by helping with reviewing design statements, funding submissions, idea generation, consultations, budget forecasts, preparing pre tender specifications and much more.

From the get go our teams will become part of your project team and we will stay with you long term with regular discovery and milestone meetings along the way.

We’ll be there with great customer service and aftercare

Rest assured that we will continue with our great customer service after the project is finished. On larger projects we will provide an Operation & Maintenance (O & M) Manual with all the operation and maintenance information you will need. We have robust systems and processes in place that ensure that we deal with any issues you may have promptly and efficiently. All queries and issues are logged so that you and our customer or project teams can live track any problems. Our products and furnishings come with warranties and guarantees so you can be certain that your new space will live up to the quality standards and service you expect from us.
